1- 대한항공에서 COVID 19 영향으로 인한 스페이스문제로 인하여 요율인상을 곧바로 실행한다는 급공지가 있었습니다 ( 현재요율보다 $2.50 을 인상 /파운드당 )
2- 12월21일 화요일 건부터 실행한다 하였으나, 해당날짜출고건들은 한진본사에서 해결 하여 주기로 결정.
3- 현재 항공사 보다 조금이라도 저렴한 새로운 항공사를 찾아 보도록 하겠습니다
4- 해당사유로 인하여 12월 23일 출항은 임시홀드 하도록 하겠습니다

Korean Air immediately raised the rate due to space issues. (The flight canceled from COVID 19)
Airfare increases by $2.50 per pound from current rates.
- We will send 12/21 Tuesday shipment with current rate & might need to hold this 12/23 Thursday shipment until finding the other carrier.
-We will find other airlines that can offer better than Korean Air fares. but the ship out day will be reduced. ( 1 time per week)
Please inform your customers that the package might be delayed.

Dear Valued Customer,
Due to flight cancellations into S.E.A destinations impacted by increase of Covid19, heavy backlog continues and causing serious overflow at our Hub team in ICN. Effective immediately, the rate for all shipments bound to S.E.A needs to be increased and will need to obtain the space confirmation by each shipment before we can forward.
